Maddie Fink signs with University of Cincinnati
Chattahoochee High School's Maddie Fink has signed a National Letter of Intent to play lacrosse at the University of Cincinnati.
As a junior last season, she was one of the team captains and was selected a 1st Team All American, 1st Team All State, and Academic All American. Fink was named the team MVP following her school record breaking 91 point season. She had been selected to the Southeast National team in 2007 and 2008. Over the past two summers Fink played for the Xteam, a national club team, and participated in a number of tournaments around the country. She has been a varsity starter for the past three seasons. Fink will continue as one of the captains for her senior season in the spring of 2009. She plans on majoring in Business Administration while playing attack / midfield for the Cincinnati Bearcats. Fink will be joining former Hooch teammate Haley Marvine at Cincinnati. Haley was a freshman goalie for Cincinnati last season.
